you can lock now for 90 days... they don't lend in tx though but you can still lock your rate...

it's 4.875% paying you a .25% at closing or on a 15 year 4.625% paying you the same or 4.25% on a 15 year fixed with 1 point paid by you... if you can't lock it with them I can do it overnight with as a broker...

damn good deal.... i locked at 4.85 in january, 30, no pts... historic lows for those that can get it.

5.0% locked in, I couldn't get any lower since I bought the house in 2005 and don't have the 20% in equity. I locked in 30 days out.
