2008 535i 6 speed - good deal???

Hi All - Newbie here.
I have found a 2008 535i, 6 speed manual, 70,000 miles. No navigation, no sport pkg. Appears to be in good condition-some minor scratches and scrapes.
It is a BMW CPO car good till 100,000 mi or 2014. All maintenance has been performed at 1 BMW dealer with no accidents according to the Carfax. -- Price is 18,500. I am a little a little concerned with the mileage even with the CPO... (as is my WIFE!)
Probably eventually will dress it up with the M staggered wheels and tires, Cobb tuner, AFE intake...
Any thoughts would be appreciated before I pull the trigger?

I have been looking for one with lower miles. That is a solid price, but options do mean something. Still a 50k+ car for 18.5 is not bad at all.

Hpfp has a recall, so if not done you can get it for free. Always try to negotiate of course.

ive only had my HPFP go out twice. Both times the dealer paid all costs.
