E60 error message

Hi i have a 2005 525d, i am posting to see if anyone has received the error message on the idrive stating 'seatbelt restraint and airbag warning' the lights stay on in the dash and the airbag sign illuminates once the key is removed.
Thanks any light on this message will be apprieciated.

You have a fault in the SRS. Common issues are belt buckle, and occupancy sensor. See if you can have the vehicle scanned.
