Canon SD850

I'm in the market for a new camera under $300. When I was in Costco today, I saw a Canon SD850 with a Canon MP470 printer (package deal) for $250. I did some research on Cnet and Dpreview which gave the camera good reveiews. I was wondering if anyone here on E90 has the camera and can give me some feedback. I dont need anything too complicated and am just using it for pics of my cars.

The powershot is by far one of the best consumer digital cameras you can buy. In fact ive boughten ones from multiple series and have hooked up all my family members with powershots. Funny thing is, that is the same camera I gave to my girlfriend for her birthday, to this day it is in awesome working order even though shes a total clutz about this kinda stuff (Shes broken three previous cameras in a matter of six months) Look no further best bang for you buck is in the canon, and that seems like a fair price ($250) plus a printer what more could you ask for?

What spencer said, the SD850 is very good actually, the IS feature is great, and the colors turn out rich. I would go for it, if I hadn't made an impulse buy with my stupid sony digital camera..

+1 on this camera. canon powershots are amazing devices that will give you more than you expect.
