Please help me find this coolant hose

Hello Everyone, I have a 2010 BMW 528i xdrive. I was hearing some chirping noise around the pulley area, so I removed the belt and the noise was still there. So, the noise is not coming from the pulley. But, while putting the belt back, I had to remove the fan, and while removing the fan, I broke one of the coolant hose which sits on the driver side of the fan. I am trying to find the part number but cannot find it.

I am attaching video of the noise and also picture of the hose I broker. if any of you can help, It will be very helpful.

check out the parts diagram.

but it looks like you need a connector block, not the hose.
