Your best bet would be to try to contact a local printer that makes t-shirts and ask about them. I know someone in Houston that owns a printing business and they were making the shirts at least a week ahead of time. Maybe if you can find someone, they'll have some leftovers or can at least tell you where they sent the loser shirts

You could check ebay or craigslist. Years ago I bought a UCLA 2005–06 NCAA men's basketball championship t-shirt off ebay for $1.
