I would love to get a 1911 but my bride has said no more guns.....she said that before I bought the .357 carbine too, but I think she meant it this time.

It's been really hit and miss here lately. I was in Bass Pro just before we moved and I grabbed a few hundred rounds of .38 & .357. 9mm is tougher, luckily I have a few rounds put away for a rainy day.

Get the 1911 if only for the trigger pull. Exquisite. I went for the SFA TRP 45. Only 7+1 but you don’t have to shoot twice. 😊

You guys are ALL missing the point. What does it matter how many GUNS you have? In my small town alone - we have Starline Brass, Sierra Bullets, Berger Bullets Dist, Lapua Brass Dist, Vhit Powder Dist and SK ammo dist. Less than an 2 hours away we have Midway Arms, Graf & Sons, Hodgdon Powder, Fiocchi of America, Bushnell Optics, Bass Pro World Headquarters, CMMG firearms. And that is just in MO and KS alone.

You might be able to START a war - but we'd be able to END it. =) LOL
