I’m wearing an Uncle Seiko black rubber on mine, classic diver look. Kept the the stock blue rubber strap with the tags on it for long term keeping. Also have a few nato bands for it for some added color. Still looking for an M stitched band to fit that’s at a decent price.

Bracelet is too small. He just wants burgers, burritos, pizza, etc... full on scooby doo!

Seiko prospex came in, like the watch overall. Feels good on solar/quartz hybrid.

Good looking watch! What does the crown at 10 o'clock do? Alarm setting?

It's 42mm and the 10 o'clock crown spins the bezel to adjust the orientation of compass. Haven't figured that out or the alarm yet need to read book. Has that new band stiffness now needs to be broken in a bit.

That's cool. So the solar recharges a battery to power the quartz movement. Does the rechargeable battery ever need to be replaced, or is it intended to last the lifetime of the watch?

It will get regular wear along with about 20ish others but can see giving this more wrist time. Cheap also.

I got the IWC Chrono Top Gun about a week ago and haven't been able to take it off since. It's a good problem to have.
