They're a steaming pile of s***. That's really all I can say. How do you tie Canada 1-1 playing at home and after having played like garbage against El Salvador (0-0)? It's early in WC qualifying but you absolutely have to win your home games and they can't. Can't believe they're ranked #10 in FIFA rankings. I guess when it comes to WC qualifying they just disappear. Friendlies mean jack.

This team has scored a total of 1 goal in the first 2 qualifiers in this round and now they're on the outside looking in.

If the USMNT lose or draw in their next match this week against the Honduras, I don't think they'll qualify for the next World Cup. That would be a serious embarrassment.

Okay I'm going to continue this trend of talking to myself in this thread, lol. The USMNT have continued to be a disgrace against the Honduras. Completely unorganized play and just absolutely out of it. I can't believe how shitty they have become. Down 1-0 at the half and I don't feel optimistic about this match. Zero midfield ball possession. Losing all 50/50 balls. Unbelievable.

Yes. When I ranted last night they were down 1-0 at the half and looked like garbage. Lol.

They played a few key subs in the second half and changed their strategy and made a huge difference. That was a relief. If they would have lost that match they would be in big trouble right now. As it stands, they are on the borderline at the moment. They need to continue winning their matches, especially at home.

CONCACAF matches are so tough because the opponents' pitches are horrible. Nothing like a pro level playing surface you see in most places. The pitch in Honduras was "spongy" according to the players and you could see the ball slow down drastically when attempting passes. Still no excuse to not win their games however so they need to toughen up and continue to improve. They finished positively last night so that's a good sign.

LOL. Yeah, needless to say the team has actually transformed themselves big time. Beating Mexico is their biggest achievement by far.

I swapped sides at the last minute because other team didn't have enough players. We ended up "winning" 11-5.

Well the USMNT is playing another match today against Jamaica. I hope they continue their recent level of play. Unfortunately Weston McKennie is out due to accumulated yellow cards. Pulisic should be good to go! Fingers crossed he doesn't get injured.

I guess I'll have to watch a replay on Paramount+ since the game starts early at 5:00pm EST.
