N54 injector ohm test...

got a question, anyone know if the ohm test on the injector, is a solid pass/fail test? There's a spec that the resistance should be 200K ohm (plus or minus 40k ohm). I recently got a bunch of the used injs and most either have no reading or low resistance at around 2-30 Mohms. Even half of the working ones that came off my car didn't have the 200K ohms, and they were running fine...
