Crank no start e61 n52 after timing chain replacement

2006 N52, 530xi

Original Issue:
Hard brake pedal due to oil contaminated booster.....
Fix:
New booster and booster vacuum pump
Issues:
Broken oil/booster chain guide on cassette inside motor
Observations:
No other damage found, no metal material in pan or filter. broken guide probably happened during removal of sprocket bolt on vacuum pump. probably my fault.
Fix:
-remove/reinstall subframe, oil pan and drive axles to retrieve broken bits of guide
-Remove/reinstall valve cover
-lock TDC at crank and cams/vanos with special tools
-buy new bolts
-remove/replace crank bolt with special tool
-remove/replace front crank seal
-remove/replace access cover for vacuum pump
-remove/reinstall intake manifold (without breaking anything!)
-remove/replace vacuum pump
-remove/replace oil pump chain, guides, cassette, bolts
-remove/reinstall VVT units from cams
-remove/replace timing chain, guides, cassettes, bolts

Observations:
-Had difficulty removing exhaust cam bolt from VVT unit.
-Cams appear to line up perfectly with cam lock tool. (lobe orientation appears to coincide with service manual as do the grooves and lobes on the back of the cams)
-Crank pin fits in the flywheel hole with no slop and TDC with cylinder 1 & 6
-Vanos jig fits perfectly before oil pressure building procedure and attempted starts.

Issues:
-Crank/No start

Diagnostics?:
-confirmed TDC and Cam locks
-confirmed injector plugs are pulsing (injector plug led tester)
-confirmed coils are pulsing (spark plug tester)
-Scan tool sees no faults in DME or CAS (but is only a “good” scan tool. Launch Creader pro 909x which has several bi-directional features and can read live data, reset rear suspension height, etc)
-Low compression overall. thought it was the Harbor Freight compression tool, but... 90, 60,60,60,60,60

worries:
-could I have bent the exhaust cam or damaged the vanos unit?. Bolt removal did tweak the tool slightly
-Im not currently getting any cam corrolation codes, but I am seeing non matching degree numbers when I read live data...for whatever thats worth.
