im so proud of myself! ive eaten practically 0 carbs today. im sticking to this! i almost ate a cookie about 5 minutes ago, but SHIM helped me through it. yes!

today i ate..

slice of turkey: 30 calories, 0 carbs
egg: 80 calories, <1 gram of carbs
tuna: 220 calories, 0 carbs
mayo: 40 calories, 0 carbs
lettuce: 100 calories, 0 carbs
dressing: 60 calories, 6 carbs
cheese: 140 calories, <1 gram of carbs

tada!!

i ate like less htan 8 grams of carbs
