A quiet evening at home for me and my bride, New York Steaks, Ahi Tuna Steaks, and Lobster tails followed by a bottle of bubbly in the hot tub.

One of my best friends dislocated his arm this morning while we were at the bar hanging out. He slipped, and grabbed the railing down apparently.

It was kinda funny.

Three km, and trust me losing the love of my life, milk, hurts far more than having to go for a run 7 times a week because I've skipped a few workouts in the recent years (or ten).
