Templar - you should check out Asheville, NC since you're into brewing...

Highlands Brewing Company is considered the Sam Adams of the South. New Belgium and Sierra Nevada both have opened massive facilities in Asheville because of the Micro scene...Wicked Weed, Asheville Brewing, Green Man, etc...

I've been to all of the breweries you mentioned

I have growlers and glasses from each. Love the town!

Not sure we have had this conversation, but I have recently had this same discussion with he who shall remain nameless...

Until 3 years ago - I lived in Asheville. I actually made the first loan to start Highland Brewing...now that I have moved away, I miss the food AND beer terribly...

There is no way on this Earth I would post pictures like that of my wife and its not because she wouldn't appreciate it, I wouldn't be comfortable with it let alone all the trust and moral issues.

But, seeing some of the other pictures in the link that weren't actually posted she looks like a good sport
