Our little convenience store in HS sold them during lunch, when you got the slices hot, it was "so so", then at the end of lunch they would sell whole pizzas that didn't get sold for $2. Those were not "so so".

But, being in HS expectations are low. Tried it once as an adult...., yeah never again.

I just did Christmas grocery shopping and since my ankle is so fucked, i decided we are eating reindeer stew with a weird Finnish potato dish (best food ever!) instead of the usual shit.

I don't know how a person ends up in a situation in their lives where a 2 dollar pizza sounds like a good idea to attempt. The whole concept sounds suspicious.

Well, you see, in American HS we didn't have much money, but really enjoyed eating almost anything that had the word pizza in it, so at the time, a $2 pizza was equally a great and awful decision.

Yup, costs about 20 euros per kilo, then i shred it, fry it with bacon cuts and throw it in the oven for four hours with a dark beer poured in as a sauce. A little salt, pepper and time and you have perfection on a plate. Served with mashed potatoes and berries i can't remember a name in English now.

I have to buck the trend of this thread and go out on a limb... I actually like their pizza. It's not deep dish Chicago-style that we're accustomed to here. But for low rung pizza (Domino's, Little Cesars, P-Johns), it's an easy win for P-Johns.

Little Sneezer's is gross and what I call, desperation drunk pizza, when you don't feel like waiting for a real one.

The second up from that I would say is Domino's. They have good crust and overall have always been okay for a regular chain shop. Usually I like to try out the local places and find the best.

Chain wise I would say Jet's is by far the best. The square deep dish is chronic, and the BBQ chicken pie is phenomenal.
