I didn't finish it. It was too much for me. The wet feathers were a clincher.

The only thing that has actually made me ill (didn't eat it cause I couldn't even get close enough due to the smell) was a Durian fruit. Even being within 6ft of an open one literally had me doing dry heaves.

You beat me to the durian fruit.

I went out for hot pot with a supplier in Kaiping who was super excited to show me a "real" Chinese lunch. The durian was like vomit soaked in gasoline. There were live giant shrimp, skewered on sticks that you dropped in the hot pot. Blood tofu. But I think the worst was the duck tongue.

I had to spit it out. One of my girlfriend's tricked me in to trying it. She makes all these crazy dishes.

While I was with a GF in Denmark, her family served me up what looked almost like a meatloaf. I had seconds and 3rds. Apparently it was eel

My wife is Hispanic. There are just parts of a cow you aren't supposed to eat. Can't do menudo, we can afford better meats than the tail for soup.

I DID once buy a cow tongue as a teen, but we strung it up on a tripwire so that when the girl, who's house we TP's opened the door, it came a swinging. #whippersnappers, get off my lawn!!!

Durian fruit is nasty! I remember riding a subway in Singapore and seeing this sign posted. That should tell you something!
