It's the nickname my friend gave my WRX when I took a series of curves faster than he thought physically possible! I think it was in the wet too. --> AWD=GRIP. Although I never used the name on the Subaru forums, it was the first handle I tried that wasn't taken when I started reading the Bimmer boards.

Oh, and it's nothing to do with Kermit. He's just there because he's one of my lifelong heroes.

mag = my initials

magmd.....a nickname that stuck with me after I received a flask as a gift inscribed with my "new" initials upon getting accepted into med school many years ago. My med school buddies liked the flask...and well, started calling me "mag-MD".

The Cleaner (Leon)

Gary Oldman, Jean Reno, Natalie Portman and Danny Aiello star in LEON: THE PROFESSIONAL, a go-for-broke thriller about a professional assassin whose work becomes dangerously personal. Calling himself a "cleaner", the mysterious Leon (Reno) is New York's top hitman. When his next-door neighbors are murdered, Leon becomes the unwilling guardian of the family's sole survivor - 12-year-old Mathilda, but Mathilda doesn't just want protection; she wants revenge. Training her in the deadly tricks of his trade, Leon helps her track the psychotic agent (Oldman) who murdered her family.

That is one of my all time favorite movies. Natalie Portman was a great actor even when she was young.

I love this movie. It was labeled as "The Professional" when i saw it for some reason. But awesome movie nonetheless, i wish they made a sequel that stars the actual Natalie Portan grown up and takes his place as the hitman.

Harvey Kitel (sp?) was also a "cleaner" in "Point of No Return", starring Bridgette Fonda. AND, he was also a "cleaner" in "Pulp Fiction".

Wasn't ACHERON the name of the French ship in Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World?

Nice Pull!! That movie did suck though...and was terribly factually incorrect with naval history...
