Brakes servicing cost?
Hi there, I wanted to know if anyone could give me some pricing to getting the brakes serviced? I'm on lease with 22500kms done and it says service due in 2500kms.. any info would help! thx

You may not actually need your brakes serviced. I had a similar interval (car had about 17,000km and was calling for brakes in 2,200km) and when I took the car in for the regular oil change I mentioned it to the service advisor as it seemed awfully soon for brakes. He mentioned there was a software update and once performed the interval went back to a more realistic 30,000+km.

You shouldn't need to worry about it until your car gets to 40,000km. I'm at 45,000km now and my rears are starting to wear but they're still good.
I remember when I first got the F30, my brake pad light went on at around 10,000km and they ended up resetting it twice. After I got that software update, I never had that problem again.
