the X6M Comp is better then the XM in every way

I dont see how anyone can take the XM over the X6M Competition. Both cars fit the same amount of people and have the same interior except for the X6’s sunroof vs XM’s nightlife roof.

Other then that the styling of the X6 is way more sportier and sexier and in a race the X6 would smoke the much slower XM.

Only thing XM got going for it is a new concept car like look to it

It's all about preference. I personally prefer the looks of the XM. I've never understood the "coupe" roofline on the X6, you just lose cargo room. Which kinda defeats the purpose of an SUV.

I think BMW is trying to position the XM like the G-Wagon. Completely useless and very expensive but also ridiculous.... so it becomes a status symbol.

I really wish BMW separated the top and bottom grilles with a body colored middle section rather than the big mass of black plastic. If not for that these new X5/6M refreshes would be a home run.

100% agree. If you squint it almost looks like the Lexus spindle grill.

I was going to say the exact same thing. That front end looks menacing and would probably look more so if it was separated.

Similair to a Urus. The X6 is meant to be a crossover that has a bigger body then a sedan or coupe but with a coupe styled look. Cargo space= why they made an X5 ans x7.

One thing I noticed on this forum is no matter what BMW does you guys will find a reason to hate on it. Like Jayz said ‘You want my old sound buy my old albums’

Couldn't disagree more, that is one of my favorite design elements on the LCI and makes it look much more aggressive.

Product diversification to appeal more of the public to like at least of their offers. According to OP's logic, there should also be only one color since that looks the best.

I agree SUV's are pointless since minivan's are much more practical and cheaper, but owning one is essentially taboo if you're into cars. My truck on the other hand is very useful as I'm always hauling or pulling our camper. Granted it's not my DD and I live in the country. Truck's as DD's don't make much sense to me either.

2021, Philadelphia county alone, ~54,391 trucks under 9,000 lbs were registered with PDOT, of those ~44,011 were under 7,000 lbs

Why do you need a camper?

To camp with the family. Not sure I understand the point of your question.

Well, campers don't make much sense to me for actual camping. Why not use a tent, then you don't need a truck, put your tent in an SUV.
Rhetorical question, people have different needs for different things. Sounds like you're glamping though.

I glamp when I’m with the family. I have a single person tent for when I camp alone. They each have their own purpose. Much like the OP didn’t get when he made this thread….different strokes and all that.
