Exclamation (N54) Bmw 535i 2009 2ACB 2ACC (intermittent no start)

I had previously had my DME fried by a bad mechanic, it was changed and fixed, along with the wiring harness for the DME, and the key. Recently, my car did not start again, I had a mechanic check it out, and he said the car, KGM Module, ignition switch, and Key was bad and he changed it, and it started right up. He said there was a wire short that needed to be changed immediately somewhere near the DME. Now, every once in a while, the car will not start. I wanted to know if this is because the DME is bad? or because of the wiring short. The codes are:

2ACB
2ACC
(some water pump code)

Any help will be appreciated!
