Driveline issue possibly differential?

Hope you guys don't mind the problem is on 645ci SMG but it's same platform so I was hopping someone could help over here.

Experiencing driveline clunk / slack while getting on and off throttle.
I would say it's pretty bad. Maybe if the car would be automatic torque converter would absorb some of it but given the car is SMG it's pretty bad. My gf doesn't wanna even ride with me anymore
Most noticable between 1st and 2nd gear in slow shift mode and when slowing down to stop and car shifts to 1st gear.
But noticable in any gear while getting on or off throttle.
Is it diff problem or something else? I don't think it has anything together with transmission. what you guys thing.

Just changed:
Guibo
Center bearing
Diff fluid
