OBD2 port not working E60

2009 535xi

I plug into the port with my Bimmer Geeks tool and see per, then it goes off and my phone nor computer see it.

You're probably going to need to describe your problem a little better with what software you are using and the symptoms.

Are you saying the OP is having a problem scanning with ISTA? All I see in the video is a hand plugging in an OBD cable, which if that's not working, ISTA won't either.

Do you try with another kdcan ? With what engine is the car diesel , petrol or petrol+auto gas?

Sometimes petrol+ auto gas have issues with the connection and must to disable fuse on gas computer...
