WTB: E61 '10 535xi Wagon

Been on the lookout for what seems to be a unicorn of an E61. Posting in case anyone is interested in selling or comes across a listing.

'10 (or older if equipped with newer NBT/CIC-style navigation)

I have been looking for a lower mileage 530xi touring for my Dad and came across a 2010 535xi Touring m-sport manual. 100k miles so over what you're looking at but still looks nice.

Car was at Greenwood Motorsports in Chicago.

Thanks Jay - appreciate the enthusiasm. For now I plan to keep it stock. Steam-cleaned the cream beige interior this past week and it turned out really nice. Did a deep conditioning treatment as well, to protect the leather from the California sun and prevent it from degrading. Very pleased with the vehicle so far, it's a joy to drive.

I recently saw an E61 M-Sport 6mt just like this in Chicago area...but it was salvage/rebuilt titled.
