Did any one upgrade CD player to DVD display?

I found this picture from other link, it change the cd play to dvd unit?? did any try it?? will the computer have problem??

I would like to know about this too. And also, are there clear instructions as to how to remove the center console and radio? I was planning on installing the Scosche IPFMRDS so that I can plug in my ipod but I am now thinking about installing an aftermarket headunit with bluetooth so that I can connect a my iphone to it too.

I end up install Video Converter with backup camera. and i play the video well in the scream.
