Troubleshooting Random Screen Shutdowns on Android Screen Installed in BMW F30

Recently, I've encountered an unexpected issue with my new Junsun Android headunit installed in my BMW F30 manual transmission car 3 months ago
The problem revolves around the Android screen shutting off intermittently while I'm driving. At times, it restarts immediately, but occasionally, it takes hours before it comes back on.
I've attempted various solutions, including installing new software such as UI4.0 and ID8, and inspecting the wiring, which appears to be intact. Yet, I remain uncertain whether this issue stems from hardware or software.
When I reached out to the seller, they indicated they hadn't encountered this issue before. Their suggestion to power the headunit directly from the car battery worries me, as it might drain the battery excessively, leading to another problem.
Has anyone faced a similar issue? I lean towards suspecting a software glitch, reasoning that if it were a hardware issue, the screen wouldn't reboot.
Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
