The other night I picked up a friend from the airport at 1am. The highways were empty. I took the long way home just because it was so awesome to not be hitting the brakes every 5 seconds.

I guess it depends on what you use the car for.

My 328 had the sport package and used to do time attack (road racing) and autocross a lot... and Canadian winters...

It's much faster than a hellcat for those...

Plus, reliable. Bayerische Motoren Werke can't go wrong, in my opinion.

Especially with a 6MT. Something about a N/A inline 6 with the 6MT. My friend has an e46 330i ZHP with 6MT and that car is such a blast to drive in the NY mountain roads.

What are the official road course, slalom, etc times for said 328? Hellcat can turn better than people think. I have snow tires for winter to go on my HC. Next

BMW is not exactly known for reliability...

Hellcat with snow tires sounds really fun for parking lots actually.

I'm definitely going to try to find an open one if we get some good snow. However, I am hoping for a mild winter.

It depends on the course as all of them are different. I'm talking from experience in beating times constantly (it wasn't even too close). I guess in an open track like Nurburgring the Hellcat would be quicker as there's lots of opportunity to open up that monster...

BMWs aren't known for reliability, I was going to say "is Dodge"? But in the realm of BMWs, the 328i is one of the most reliable.

All I had to do was replace a valve cover gasket, one coil and one ball joint that started squeaking in the rear after 50,000 km / 3 years

With a 335, especially if it's N54, he'll have to constantly live in fear lol

My E 90 was a rock solid reliable. Five years and 60,000 miles. Didn't really want to get rid of it but couldn't jam five family members in it anymore.

Anything with the N52 is fairly reliable. My 325 which the GF now drives has been great.

Dodges with the V8 are pretty good. The Hemi is a solid engine. My dad has a 2013 Grand Cherokee 5.7 Hemi with 130k hard miles on it and it's been flawless. That thing is a blast in the snow in sport mode. Goes through snow up to the bumper like it isn't even there.

Sort of back on topic: I stopped at the gas station this morning and saw a girl with a tail sticking out of her pants. Must be one of those "furries". WTF is that shit about??

Believe me I thought she was a beast at first. This gas station is near a college campus, so can't say I'm surprised.

I was hoping it was a costume, but since the rest of her was normal clothes I'm afraid it wasn't.
