Maserati Ghibli S at night

Bumped into a friend of mine with his new Ghibli when going out for supercar spotting/breakfast yesterday; he had an E92 M3 before, so it was a rather surprising switch...

had some fun revving it and it sounded a lot more awesome (in sport mode) than I expected it to...sounds like the f-type V6, if the top gear review is any indication of how one sounds, albeit not as loud. the interior is quite nice; the touchscreen interface seems a bit stupid for driving, though. also wish the seats had better side bolsters, as I found myself sliding around a surprising amount...met up again at night to take some photos - they were taken around 11pm-5am, which is why the city might look kinda dead LOL

Love that overlook in the first pic, HK is such a picturesque city from so many places. Loved that place, just so many people....

Excellent pictures. Nice car too.

On 1st read I thought the car slide around quite easily

Your friend should have got an E90 M3, then he wouldn't need to get the Ghibli

Yeah I agree. I hate to say it but the Ghibli looks incredibly bland. It looks no more exotic than a Kia Optima (recent design) or a Hyundai.

Even Audi has an elegance to its design that the Ghibli just lacks which is weird because I'm a huge fan of the granturismo.

This car really doesn't have much performance, style, nor build quality, especially for the money they charge for it...

Amazing photos. Do I have to pay you to take pics or do you do this for just friends? Your consistency in quality car pics over the years makes me mad jelly. Btw, I'm the one who picked up Justin's matt silver mz3. I also have an e89 35.

This car has to be seen in person to appreciate it. Especially the SQ4 model.

GORGEOUS!

Not really. My buddy has the SQ4 and on its best day, it looks 'meh'. Over hyped Chrysler BS. Honesltly, the Infiniti Q50looks a boat load better than this car in every way and I don't even like Infinitis
