i miss Dave. i really really miss that show. i started watching letterman when i was in elementary school and his show was on mid day... i probably watched every night time episode ever.

Yeah I enjoyed Letterman Once upon a time. I enjoyed Jimmy Kimmel for a while too but he and Colbert have taken the political commentary well past the point of being entertaining. Oh well, sitcom reruns are fine at bedtime too.

Dave and Johnny Carson, fondest childhood memories watching those shows late at night with my dad before the inevitable bedtime and school in the morning.

Letterman had the greatest deadpan of all time.

Disclaimer: I'm a fan of Janet and letterman so be easy lol.

But, I can categorically say that Letterman is the BEST! Not biased or anything but this is when they were reportedly sleeping together....and of course she looked so delicious and was as coy as usual but Dave pulled out of her an interview with his GREAT personality. LOVE their chemistry!!

Then comes the after super bowl deal and she granted Letterman the only REAL all access pass to what actually happened. The most cringe-worthy interview of awesome chemistry and shyness I've ever seen. As a fan of both I think Dave conducted himself well...and Janet likewise lol. Love their chemistry.

Letterman was my first real tonight show which was to see at NBC Europe, all following shows here in Germany are meanwhile equal to your concept.
Actually I like to see Jimmy Fallon.

I'm not sure if any of you have seen the Netflix documentary about Jim Carrey and his role playing Andy Kaufman. Great watch. Highly recommend it. It talks about this clip...
