Future consolidation of forums?

While there are things that I love about the 1addicts forums (and now new things that i really like about the e90post) --- there is one thing that has always seemed like overkill to me.

That is the massive segregation of threads. Now with the new site mergers, there is more overlap than ever. For example N54 engine discussions. Doesn't it seem reasonable that since we're all doing the same tuning on the same engine, that we should merge all the N54 forums. You'd have 3 times the feedback rate and 1/3 of the posts. This would make that topic much more enjoyable to research, talk about, and educate in.

Of course cosmetic modifications can't exactly be merged because body style is a big part of it, but do you guys have plans to eliminate the overlap so we don't keep finding out that there is a similar thread already on the forums?

the only other n54 forum i know of is terrys n54tech. unfortunately, there is a bit of bad blood between terry and e90post so i highly doubt a merge would ever be possible.

How about the 1addicts n54 forum and the e90 post n54 forum.. Thats the two that I was asking about.
