i'm hungry all the time...

i eat like a bird not cuz i have no desire for food but mostly because i don't have a damn thing to eat. my refrigerator is always well stocked with beer, wine and redbull but food is always lacking...

and i'm sick of eating out all the time.

can you guys share some good and healthy food receipe that doesn't involve too much skill? and my attention span in the kitchen is about 10 minutes max so it would have to be fairly quick as well.

thanks!

spaghetti (or any kind of pasta really). takes 8-10 minutes to boil the noodles. grab a jar of sauce at the grocery store.

if you wanna get fancy go buy some ground beef and cook it while the noodles boil. it's the easiest stuff to make. college food.

+1 And angel hair cooks in 3-4 mins.

But I don't get threads like this, lol..."Hai guise, I have this problem, common sense says I should know what to do to fix it, what should I do?"

go to costco and get the 4 pack of Foster Farm ground turkey ($13). Or sometimes at Safeway they have a buy one get one free so it costs the same amount. Go to target or walmart and get the original sloppy joe can (a little over a buck . One can per package of ground turkey)

Cook the ground turkey in a pan and add a can of sloppy joe. Buy hamburger buns b/c regular bread will get soggy. And voila, healthy sloppy joe's. Filling and tasty and you can make it in less than 10 minutes. It'll last for a couple meals or more depending no how much you eat. doh it!

or if you get sick of it, take a pack of ground turkey and cook it in a pan and mix it with some soy sauce and some terriyaki sauce and put it over some rice. Presto.

or at costco they have turkey burgers for $9.99 for 12. Each one has 35g of protein. Very low fat content. Just use a pan or if you have a George Foreman grill, it'll cook faster. If you put in a little extra work you can add mushrooms and onions on the grill or pan and a slice of swiss cheese..... Shazaam.
