Bump Key ..WTF?

WTF!? ....Can you believe this crap? Available on internet for a few dollars. Just Google it.

Time to change all your important locks. Get a high-grade commercial security lock set like Medeco or any other high-security lock cylinders. Their keys do not look like your typical keys and cost a whole lot more duplicate and only can be done in authorized centers.

How TO Make a Bump Key

I'm having a fingerprint lock installed over the wkend. It's also connected to my wifi so i can unlock it to let some one in with my iPhone anywhere in the world. I also have 2 remote patrol cameras roming in my house. Safe enough?

No, they can ambush you while you're pulling your car out of the garage.

Duct tape and a gun will do the rest.

and where exactly does the big bin of marbles fit in to this? Surely you have some sort of laser-tripped actuator to spill the marbles in the entryway. I mean...you do care about your loved ones don't you?

Bump keys have been around for quite a long time now. I think i remember in (i think 2001 or so) seeing a short video where some guy makes a bump key and opens the door to an X5 (coincidence) but doesn't steal it. Coulda been fake, but idk.

best to just leave the front door wide open... maybe the theft will get suspicious as to why it is too easy, and move on to the next house.

Whenever I am away for an extended period of time I leave the alarm on instant, so the second the door opens the police get called. On top of that, if I'm gone for a break or something, I'll move all the kitchen chairs into a U around the front door, so if the do get in, they'll have to climb/move the chairs. I figured if it slows them down it helps. I also have a video surveillance system and two locks. The fact I live on the third floor helps as well. Whoever breaks in is going to have to grab what they can and make it down from the 3rd floor with the cops on the way.

I have a friend that is from Israel and was in the Israeli army for a couple years (mandatory for all citizens) and he has 2 big Israeli police dogs. Wouldn't want to break into that place!

German Shepherds? You know those are used by virtually every police force in the world.

I think he meant dogs used by the Israeli police, not that they are an Israeli breed.

Here in India we have huge gates and cement walls built around our house. Our walls are around 6 meters tall (around 22 ft), and my dad had metal spikes installed on top. My dad is going to see if he can have an electric current going through the metal gates.
