Andream HU - CCC

Hello guys,

I am starting this thread because I am not able to find any information online, and Andream is not answering any of the emails I sent.

I have an E60 (2004) and I recently install an Andream Head Unit .

I have connected the unit without connecting the AUX cable (as I read it is not necessary). I coded my BMW to have the option AUX, and the HU is working great.

I connect my Apple phone, listen to Spotify and have Waze displayed on the screen, it's nice. I am a huge Carplay fan. However, there is a problem.. When I turn the volume up, the sound is basically shit. I tried playing with the EQ settings, turned the bass down on the CCC itself (AUX > Tone > Bass) but it's either distorted or is really low.

Any pointers on how to fix this? Is there a firmware update or any dongle that can make my sound quality good?
