No communication with amodules

Hello. I got a problem last year i was retrofiting cic on my e60 530d and i sorted two wires. On ista with half of car modules i have no communication. i been driving like this more that a year im not getting lights or limp mode but i wish to fix it. Anyone knows from what i should start? checked all fuses everything ok, cant erase those faults. i heard there is some kind of memory, if something was sorted is it possible to reset that somehow? i attached a screen shot from ista.
