Him personally no. He has a townhouse and his parking spot is not next to his house. For people that live in a single family home certainly. For others it depends. You can have a charger installed in your home as well. IDK the cost

I think it's a couple grand for the level 2 charger plus install. Might be worth it but that bumps up the cost.

Six years of gas savings is accounted for in Model 3 configurator, but not a charger. So yes this would be an extra cost.
