The hour when.. depends of my shift , so sometimes in the morning when you still sleep and after I'm on PM/Shift .
Or AM/Shift it's in the afternoon, evening or night because I have the keys of the gym , and working out alone , but sometimes also in the middle of the night teaching pretty girls some good sex exercises , of course naked .
I like when they squat on me while I'm doing biceps .

There are months like this ....yes ,like this month was ,and it depends of the projects because it needs to be done before deadline .
Ones I worked 30 hours in one single weekend !
The big problem is planning something in this periods..
When the project is done and everything is back to normal , I've recuperation day's and time to hit the gym , some days even twice .
October I hope will be calmer and to the end of the year it's normally always calmer .
