What is the big deal about Twitter?

I don't get it. I went to the website, signed up, and... this shit is stupid.

What am I missing? I also think Myspace is pretty lame so maybe that is the problem.

I think so. I just signed up earlier tonight. I am not quite sure what the point is yet, but I figure with as much as it gets talked about, I mind as well sign up, and get familiar with it. Maybe I will start to understand next week?

Yeah, I will most likely use it for pre and post race updates. I integrated it into my main site now, so my fans can find it easily.

Starting to get it.

Much better than sending an email or not letting them know at all - just a quick status update of the sort.
