Neck strap + Hand strap

My camera is getting pretty heavy (up to 4.0lbs) to the point where I'm afraid my small hands might cause the camera to slip out of them at one point, hitting anything above my waist or down to the length of the neck strap. For instance, if I was over a railing or table...

So, I've seen many people use hand-straps, but never with a neck-strap.

Do they make ones that have both in one?

I wrap my camera strap around my wrist.

+1, this also helps with keeping your hands steady.. For most crop camera bodies, you need to get the battery grip (at least for canon) to get the wrist strap.

I got a battery grip for my Rebel which allows me to use the E1 hand strap in addition to the neck strap.

Sorry I got the terms wrong. I meant a hand strap, not a wrist strap.
