I pop a fat burner (300 mg) in the morning in the first 5 minutes I'm awake. By the time I get out of the shower, I'm laying scorched earth behind me. That lasts me until lunch, I have an energy drink then, another 300 mg. Around 5:30-6:00 pm, I have pre-workout about 30 minutes before my workout. By 9:00 pm, I'm done.
