Drinking a lot less coffee

I had a double espresso afternoon habit for years. Now that all of the coffee shops are closed, I don’t do it.

Try a scoop of pre-workout around 2:00. It's no espresso but....a double espresso should be around 80 mg of caffeine. My pre-workout is about 300 mg of caffeine.

Go on....try some. If you're used to high doses of caffeine (i.e. espresso) this will only melt your face off and make you want to run in circles or lift heavy things.

I pop a fat burner (300 mg) in the morning in the first 5 minutes I'm awake. By the time I get out of the shower, I'm laying scorched earth behind me. That lasts me until lunch, I have an energy drink then, another 300 mg. Around 5:30-6:00 pm, I have pre-workout about 30 minutes before my workout. By 9:00 pm, I'm done.
