Thanks! Yeah I've been working from home full time for like 4 years, but I've always had an office at home because I've always done side work and what not. Plus I like my own space. I've added to it over the years.

My current workstation - in the garage, lol. 5yo makes too much of a ruckus to work inside the house, so I use the loft in the garage.

Does anybody else "commute" to their home office or am I the only one?

Every morning I shower, get in a car (I rotate them like normal), take a 20 minute ride and return home and start working.

It gets me off the property so I don't feel trapped, keeps my cars running, is safe, and I missed driving because there's really no place to drive to these days.

Whoops, sorry I forgot photo of my impromptu home office in a spare bedroom. Antique Jewelers bench with my Mac and work crammed on it. It's working fine though. And I've also got "hate crime Teletubbi" to keep me company.

I don't - but I have to head to the office a couple days a week and that is a pretty long drive.

I have been taking the 'fun' cars to work though - which I usually don't do. My main manufacturing plant is a union shop, so I've been concerned about how it would look to pull up in a red Ferrari.

Drove the 360 to work on Friday last week, though, and only had one person ask about it. Perhaps I was falsely concerned.

No. That being said before this corona crap I would typically always go out for lunch in the vette to break up the day. Now I will typically just go for a walk around our community (about a 1.2 mile circle) or jump in the hottub. Did go for a drive in the vette over the weekend, but other than that haven't really been out in like a month. Starting to get to me.

Take the vette out man! I was going to take ours out last Saturday for some mountain runs....but had to work.

If the weather is good this weekend, we are definitely taking an extended drive down some mountain backroads!

That is a really nice space. I imagine the rest of the garage looks just as good.
