Request: Copy of the 2013 CPO Warranty Information Statement

Can anyone post up a copy of the 2013 CPO warranty Information statement? It should be a 15-20 page document defining all the warranty coverages.

I have a copy of the 2009 Information statement but not the 2013 version.

On the BMW website it says to request a copy from your local dealership, but when I went there yesterday they had no idea what I was talking about.

I think many of us are being too relaxed with BMW letting us pay for repairs, and I'm working on doing something about that.

I've seen many people mention that "Wear and Tear items are not covered in our warranty." However, the 2009 statement specifically says these items are covered for defects in materials and workmanship.

I just want to see if they've ammended the agreement since then.

BMW of Austin has been an absolute joke.
