I have a few updated pictures of my car with some subtle modifications. I always felt that the M5 had a horrible wheel arch gap in the front. Also, the car does not sound like it has 500hp. It was a little disappointing that my wife's FX35 sounded meaner than my 5L V10!

So I've done the following modifications to my car:
Corsa Exhaust
H&R Sport Springs
Rogue Engineering Spacers (12mm at all 4 corners)
RPI Intake Scoops with Block Off Plates, BMC filters, and Carbon Filters Removed

I've retained the stock look, but the springs and the spacers have really given it a more aggressive stance. The handling is even tighter than before, but it is still relatively comfortable. The Corsa exhaust is truly AMAZING. Its a little louder than stock with normal driving, but press accelerator and let it rev a bit higher and you get a high pitched scream that is almost Ferrari-like. The larger double walled tips really fill out the rear nicely, too.

I already had the Valentine 1 Hardwired, but I also added the Blinder M25 Laser Jamming system to my car. The police in this area use a LOT of laser!

I have attaching the new pics below. Enjoy.

Nice ride. I'm finding myself in exactly your position, just 6 months behind. I suspect I might have one of these in my garage in the next 6 months.

Congrats on the M5! Ironic that I went the other way around ... M5 to 330i! I know I know ... what's he thinking?! Reality set in and felt it was time to get a more reasonable machine. Happy motoring ... and frequent fill-ups!!

My former beast ... God I miss this thing!

TopSupra: Very nice! Someone in my area has an Interlagos Blue M5 with the RDSport wheels. They really make the car look more aggressive (not to mention, they do a great job of showing off the HUGE cross drilled rotors of the M5). Do you have any other mods?

Roleez: I'm sure you had a good reason for going to the 330i. Honestly, this car is almost TOO much for a daily driver, but at the same time I can't imagine driving anything else. Thankfully, I only have a 3.5 mile commute to work. But I STILL have to fill up a lot.

Most of my driving during the week is city, so I typically get about 9.5mpg Only an M5 will make you happy to see 17mpg on a long highway trip.

Your right about the fill ups, but the M5 gives alot back even though we get bad gas mileage. I was once able to get 18.5 mpg on hwy with the SMG but now with the 6 speed the best Ive got was 17.5. But I dont mind, it beats the hell out of the RX-7 I once owned that gave me 8-9 miles a gallon at least the M5 is a big heavy 4 door car.....
