Chic Fila customer service

I love Chick-fil-a! My experience is always pleasant there.

January 2006 when we were living in NY my wife and I flew into Orlando and stayed at a resort just outside of Disney. Because she made the big bucks she paid for our meal at a Chic-fil-a. Turns out they charged her card three times. Found out about two days later leaving Disney so we went straight to the store/manager. We were polite/fair but the manager was being a tool. Called the bank and they refunded her money.

I remember that incident, Fizoli. It was on Irlo Bronson highway in Kissimmee. Your wife kept swiping the card over and over and everybody was wondering wtf is up with Fizoli’s wife? The word got out and bums were coming in and your wife was swiping her card for them! You didn’t seem to notice...
