Thumb Sprain

Long story short, a week ago I was doing some jujitsu sparring....... hand was on the ground, opponent fell on it..... thumb bent the wrong way and now it's out of commission. Using a removeable wrist splint right now.

Been doing just body weight circuit training on my core and legs. Can't do arms, upper back or chest. Are there any excercises that I can do for them?

This really sucks

Are you sure that the ulnar collateral ligament at the metacarpal-phalangeal joint is still intact? No Stener lesion? If you can't answer yes to those questions, you might want to have it checked out, if you haven't already.
As for the workout...think of all the things you could do without your hands, Nautilus style upright flys, planks, tri's and bi's with resistance bands instead of weights...you can get creative and surprise yourself.

Beat me to it! Yes, probably need to get it checked out by an Ortho doc. May have torn the ligament which could require surgery

The swelling was gone after 3 days. There's is pain if I try to lift something that is over 15lbs. I have mobility on it but am not risking anything and keeping the splint on for support and to remind myself not to use that hand.

I'm scheduled to see the doc this weekend to get it assessed. Hopefully nothing is torn or that requiring surgery....

If you had swelling, you def tore something. The question is how bad. Good call on seeing an orthopod. I would leave the thumb spica splint, hopefully this is what you have, on until you see them. You can use ice as needed as well. Will also help with the swelling and pain. I would back away from the weights too as this will only add stress to the joint. Best of luck man!
