Lancaster Ohio E60 M5 Part Out with a NY destination

I am looking for a trustworthy technician/person to remove a dashboard, headliner, B and C Pillar trim and the rear interior shelf from an e60. I reached out to EAG to see if they could be of service but they would need the car towed to them and the vehicle currently has no wheels or steering wheel. They would not be able to send a tech out. So I am looking to see if anyone would be able to remove those items. I would need them shipped as well but I could handle that once parts are safely removed. I am in NY with a newborn so flying/driving back and forth is not not really an option. Any suggestions/ideas would be appreciated.
