1 series sightnings

I saw 5 1-series today in Monterey on Hwy 1 and downtown Monterey like every 5 minutes. Is there anything going on in Northern/Central Cali I dont know about? Maybe at Laguna Seca? Funny that all of them had NJ license plates. I saw two red coupes, 1 white and 2 convertible (looked like jet black and montego blue). One of the red coupes might have been 135i since it looked like what I saw in the pics(I didn't see the badge). Not bad looking car afterall. Tried to get closer to it, but he was going pretty fast downtown.

And sucks that I didn't have a camera.

There's a press event going on yesterday, today, and tomorrow in Monterey with the M3 Coupe and Sedan, 135i, and the Mini Clubman being tested by those invited.

They'll be going to Laguna Seca as well.

Bring your camera, because they'll be there tomorrow as well!

Thanks, I'll be on the lookout. Good that I have a day off tomorrow, I'll drive around to see if I can get a glimpse at the new M3 parked or driving somewhere downtown.

I've seen a bunch of the 1 series down here in San Diego, mostly 120i though coming from Baja

Just set up a lounge chair on Alvarado and I'm sure you would see one of the M's

Yeah I was on my way to work at NPS Tuesday morning and saw them running around Del Monte, it was a pleasure..

I don't want to upset you, but I just saw two M3s driving around downtown. One Titanium Silver and one red, both coupes. They are pure sex, as much as I like the 335i coupes, they looked beautiful. It's my first time seeing them in real life, pics don't do justice.

They don't look bad at all, but those headlight assemblies could use some blacking out.
