About to purchase 2008 528i...
Hello ...
I am about to purchase 2008 528i, white / tan, PP, Nav and I think that's all. Priced 34k, 22k miles, looks very clean and Car Fax is OK. Seller is 100% +++ on Ebay . Questions: - is this price range ok for a car like this - i want to replace steering wheel with m or sport one (mods in mind but car not even purchased yet . Is this simple DIY job and where people usualy but whhel + airbag So far for now. Thanks and Happy New year ! |

I had a loaner car 535i that I loved so much last week that I started looking into them- I was finding CPO 535s with sport packs for 35-37 and without sport packs for 33-35, they all had around 30k miles and were 2008, so I think you can do much much better on a 528i, imho

Seems kind of high to me. Ive got an 08 I'll sell ya for 26. Platinum bronze w/ beige interior, dark bamboo. 40k on the odometer. Also, depending on mods you wont be doing anything for power gains. Other than the BMS PDX there isnt anything out there. Look into a 530 if you want NA. I would honestly look for a CPO 535. Theyre out there. Be patient. Also, the 535D will be released here in a few months.

You can get a E60 M5 used for around 40 grand. Generally with under 50k miles on it. A friend of mine is from the UK. She told me big cars like these are are depreciating in value like crazy. Try pistonheads.com. Maybe you could buy one cheaper and just import it. Might be worth a try.
