M3 to 550?

Hi guys. I currently am leasing an '08 e90 M3 and love it, but I am feeling the need to tighten up my finances a little

. I would like to buy an 2007/2008 car that I can pay off and will be a reasonably dependable daily driver. I can't bring myself to move to a Lexus, so I have been looking at the e92 335 and possibly an '07 550i. I am thinking that the 335 could be a nightmare for long term ownership (considering the HPFP, injector, waste-gate problems they all seem to suffer from). Here is my question; If I bought an '07 550i with 30k miles, what problems/repairs would I be likely to see before I get to 125k miles? Thanks!

I purchased an 08 550i with about 38000 miles on it. I now have 43000. I haven't had any problems with it and all the service I've had was covered under the warranty. I say GO FOR IT! My 550 is the BOMB! I love it. It's fast and it handles very well. And with the M-5 sport package, it sure looks good too!

On the forum you hear every issue from the most radical car folks. My 335i has 35K on it now with no issues. None.
