I can see it coming.
New FMVSS rule: 49 CFR 696 FMVSS 210: All new model passenger vehicles MY2025 and following must have as standard equipment a fellatio detection system. System must detect eye roll back of driver and any rapid vertical movement in the lap of the driver while the vehicle is in motion. System shall, if an act of fellatio is detected, pull vehicle over at the first instance it can safely do so and activate hazard lights.

A manual transmission can be set to "comfort", "sport", and "track" modes simply by the technique and speed at which you shift it; it doesn't need "modes", modes are for manumatics that try to behave like a real 3-pedal manual transmission. If you can money-shift it, it's a manual transmission. "Yeah, but NO ONE puts an automatic trans shift knob on a manual transmission."

Perhaps the FedEx team could have transferred said appendage via FedEx Priority mail to the closest Trauma 1 center for the re-coupling of appendage and owner.
The medical insurance claim would be initiated under the "Oral Surgery" category....
