My inzer belt has screws on back side to move to bigger size. You obviously missed the g19x part a handgun so dont neccesarily need to shank unless in the mood.

Usually a set of work clothes, lifting belt, voodoo floss, lacrosse ball, knee sleeves and a plastic bag (for whatever I get into the hot tub or steam room in post workout). Also have a set of headphones.

Lost my straps a while ago but since I've also been rock climbing a bit I can max out my deadlift without them now, only time I want them or chalk is if I am repping over 400.

I was facing the problem of putting every useless thing in my gym bag and missing the important one. Sometimes it costed me much by making me unable to do quality exercise.
