How to lose belly fat

Is there any way you can target the fat on your body? Whenever I do any type of cardio, I lose fat everywhere throughout my body except my stomach. Pretty frustrating lol

Hi-rep/light weight core workouts combined with your cardio routine should help out. My buddy does this crazy core routine on a mat that kills me every time.

I quit drinking beer and went back to hard liquor, without changing my diet or working out was able to loose a few lbs off my stomach. True story.

What kinda food are you eating? A balanced diet is key as well; if you're really concerned about the belly fat, you should definitely restrict your calorie intake. It will take some discipline in getting used to, but will pay off in the long run. No more fast food, sodas, or processed foods if you really want to get serious about it. Drink milk if you can, and a good amount too, probably like 3-4 servings daily. Add some nuts/seeds to your diet, they contain one of the "good" types of fat; monounsaturated, which targets the "bad" fat that tends to accumulate in the belly.

Well after throwing up so much I wouldn't be surprised either.
But yeah I believe it. Beer makes your stomach huge!

The sad truth is that the first place you see start to see fat (your gut) is the last place you end up losing it. One of my favorite phrases is "Abs are made in the kitchen"

avoid sitting down for long periods of time (why some secretaries are.......ahem..... hefty in the mid section.), do some BASE cardio training (base means slow slow pace, but looooong distance, if you normally run 3 miles, run 6 but slower, elevated heart rate for a longer time is more effective at fatburning) and avoid the protein found in wheat known as Gluten....

thats a start

Eat healthy, not so much red meat or cheese and do not eat a lot. Stop eating when you are full because you don't have to eat everything on your plate unless you are so poor and worrying about wasting the food then no one can help you with that. Eating has a lot to do with it... Very important... so do not over eat... Excercise/work out 3-5 times per week and you have to do sit-ups or any other types of ab exercises regularly. If you already have a belly then it's hard to get rid of it. The best way to do it is to eat less than what you usually eat and exercise/work out and do ab exercises.

Here's the breakdown: 30% or more is what you eat (healthy food or bad food and how much you eat vs how much your body burn each day), 30% is overall body fat, 30% is ab exercise/work out and the other 10% or so is in some other factors. The overall body fat will result on how much exercise/work out you do.

People can argue with me all they want about this but when I go to the gym, I see a lot of brolic guys with big bellies lol and they work out a lot. I am sure they work out way more than me but they hardly do ab workouts and I bet they eat like pigs because I know some of them.

And... don't drink a lot of beer

When a person loses fat, they will normmally lose proportionally. Targeting a specific area may be difficult; the gut is very difficult due to the excess amount of fat cells in that area. Just cut down on junk food and sugar. Eat about 5-6 small portioned meals per day and do at least 45 minutes of exercise per day. I found that the stationary bike and treadmill was specifically good at reducing the amount of fat on your body. Remember, stay at about 50%-70% of your max heart rate for optimal results.

Also, drink at least 1 gallon of water pere day and eat well rounded meals with plenty of green veggies and leaves (i.e., spinach).

Stick to lean meats like chicken and fish' avoid beef if you can.

Good Luck
